Ginny’s Crockpot Pumpkin Pudding
This pudding is one of our favorites. It is like eating pumpkin pie without the crust. You can serve it warm or cold, with or without ice cream or whipped topping. I especially enjoy it warm with a couple of scoops of butter almond or maple walnut flavored ice cream. This recipe is super easy and totally yummy anyway you eat it. Ginny’s Crockpot Pumpkin Pudding 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin 1 cup heavy (whipping) cream*** … Continue reading

Overflowing with nutritious vegetables, this soup is a tummy … Continue reading

The kids and I don’t have any issues with day-old food and like to have them for our lunches. But recently I have been trying to figure out ways to make new meals from leftovers that did not present … Continue reading
Ginny’s Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
I often make this super easy to prepare casserole whenever we have leftover chicken. If you don’t have leftover chicken you can substitute with 2 or 3 10 oz. cans of canned chicken. 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed 10 oz frozen broccoli cuts, thawed 1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed 1 can cream of celery soup, condensed 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 packages Ritz type crackers, crushed 6 tablespoons butter melted Combine … Continue reading
