Ten Free Printable Planner Resource Sites

I like having a game plan. Some folks don’t take issue with flying by the seat of their pants but I tend to go into panic mode when I don’t have some kind of list or course of action laid out on paper or in digital format, especially when there are a lot of things I need to remember. While I may not always finish everything on my lists, I find some satisfaction from being able to cross things off of my “to do” list, or when I actually remember to send out cards for celebrations or when I arrive at an appointment on time. I have a main home manager binder that I keep things I need regularly and several smaller binders for other things like recipes, finances, and several other things. I am currently working on overhauling my binders to make them more efficient for us. I have made many of my own sheets for those binders (you can find those here) but the internet is overflowing with free planning worksheets for just about everything imaginable. These are some of my favorite places for printables and inspiration to make your own planner.

  1. OrganizedHome.Com: Clean House, Cut Clutter and Get Organized at Home! – Includes help in making a household notebook, pages to fill your notebook, and a great Christmas Planner Notebook.
  2. Kristen’s GuideTM – Loads of printables including calendars, planners, schedule worksheets, chore charts, shopping lists, goal planning, school assignment sheets and much more.
  3. TheHouseholdPlanner.com – Free items include checklists, customizable daily planners, garage sale planning and such printables.
  4. PrintablePlanners.net – This one is great because it has planner pages in different sizes. If you have a purchased planner but need to replace pages in it, this is the place to get printable refills. Sizes include: Executive (8.5 X 11), Desktop (5.5 X 8.5), Travel (4.35 X 6.75), Personal (3.75 X 6.75), Pocket (3.5 X 6), Hipster (3 X 5), and Mini (2.75 X 5).
  5. PrintableChecklists.com – A lot of the forms on this site are still free and cover topics like Home & Household, Parenting, Children & Education, Health & Medical, Fun, Special Occasion, Business & Finance, Internet, and Miscellaneous.
  6. iheartorganizing has the prettiest pages to add cheerfulness to your binder.
  7. Scattered Squirrel – School planning, moving checklists, cleaning schedules and more.
  8. Life Your Way – Tons of forms here including for home management,  holiday , blogging, cleaning checklists, calendars, labels and more.
  9. At About.com Frugal Living you can find budget worksheets, inventory lists, and maintenance checklists all designed to save you money.
  10. A site I recently discovered is Twenty 63. It has a nice collection of pages including a monthly spending plan worksheet, debt repayment log, cleaning checklist, maintenance log and other useful forms.

There are loads of other sites out there offering  free forms for just about everything imaginable. The hardest part is deciding which ones will work with your life. But I think William Arthur Ward said it best, “Four steps to achievement: Plan purposefully. Prepare prayerfully. Proceed positively. Pursue persistently.”

Do you have a favorite free resource for planner forms? I would love to check it out. Feel free to share it with me.
