I am so excited. Tomorrow my beloved will turn 50. We have been teasing him for a while now, but he is taking it all in stride as he always does. And do we have a surprise for him! We have been saving for months now to get him something he has been wanting for as long as I can remember. It may be an extravagant gift to some, but you only turn half a century once and I wanted to make it extra special for him. I don’t want to divulge what it is today just in case, but I know he will be shocked. The kids have been so good about keeping the secret too. There have been no slips. We are so excited we are walking around like grinning Cheshire cats. I so hope all goes well. I’ll let you know.
