To my husband on our anniversary:

God, in His infinite wisdom,
Placed you in my life,
He created you meticulously,
And chose me as your wife.

He set the stage so perfectly,
On the day we met,
Circumstances unforeseen.
A day we won’t forget.

He watered our days with friendship,
Seeds of trust He sowed,
Out of the garden of His grace,
Love soon overflowed.

Each day that passes into time,
His Hand still guides our way,
His love brought us together,
And together we will stay

At night before I lay down to sleep,
I thank our Lord above,
He had chosen you for me,
And filled my life with love.
