Back in September I wrote about using Librovox for our literature studies. I had a long list of titles that we were interested in listening to which you can see HERE. Well, some time has past and I have since narrowed down our selections to a realistic list to achieve this year. I have found the audios, the PDF books, many literature study guides all for free from the internet so I thought I’d share them with you.

There are no formal study tools for most of December’s selections but I plan on having the kids rewrite the stories in their own words as a summary and, as with all of our literature units, they will need to write an author mini-biography.

I am still planning out the rest of this school year and hunting down free resources but we will definitely be reading A Tale of Two Cities and The Dairy of a Young Girl: Anne Frank. When I have finished planning out the rest of the school year for literature I will post.
