No, I have not slipped out into bloggershpere or been sucked in by some internet void. But I have slipped into life and am reworking my schedule to fit everything in. I feel so guilty not stopping by and leaving comments, though I do read your posts. (I have them come to my e-mail so I can read them all at the same time) I miss visiting all my bloggy buddies, but vow to pencil you all in sometime this week. I am so sure that everyone struggles from time to time with the issue of, well, time. Some days it feels like you wander aimlessly from one task to another. Then there are days when things work like, for lack of a better term, clockwork. I am working to find a balance with the addition of taking on a part time job. Back in July I became a marketing assistant for TOS, and have spent the last few months learning the ropes. I work for the best people and enjoy the work, but with any new endeavor, it is a learning process and a balancing act. So if you are feeling neglected, please don’t be. And if my posts seem to be lacking, I apologize. As always, I am a work in progress.
BTW- If you are looking for a job as a Sales Rep, I saw a want ad on the HSB front page.
Good to know! I completely understand. There are days that I can't seem to get it all done either, and I have to choose between something which I need to do because it's pressing or that I equally need to do because I just need to unwind.
And congrats on the job…that's exciting!
Congratulations on the job! I know what you mean about being busy!
Blessings,
Laurie
Back into the routine of school, shortening of the days, etc…I'm not too much in the loop either…
We started back to our routine in earnest this week, and still have a fruitful garden to tend, thanks be to the Lord. Unfortunately, the snakes are scary right now, too. I'm also trying to do a complicated doily for our Fall Festival, and I keep making mistakes. I re did the same 3 rounds 3 or 4 times before I could move on. From one Sunday to the next, I was still trying to complete the same round. It got better, but I still have 10 rounds to go in the next week and a half…42 rounds in all.
Wonderful poem in tribute to those who died in the September 11 attacks.
Blessings,
Anne-Marie
