We consider ourselves to be a non-denominational Christian family and have attended many different churches over the years. I was raised Catholic, my husband was raised Baptist, and we were married by a Presbyterian minister. We look at specific denominations as simply religion and not a determination of our salvation and faith in Jesus. We don’t usually find any one Christian denomination to be any better or worse than the other, just to be different in the way they conduct church services and in doctrine. Some folks may disagree with this thought, but over the years we have been attending churches where we feel we have been led, not matter the Christian denomination. For the past few years we have been going to a local Methodist church. They have a fabulous youth group and the members have made us feel very welcome and part of the church family. I am thankful for the places the Lord has led us to for fellowship and a place to worship Him.
