My family had never been the biggest fans of meatloaf until I threw this one together one day out of the desperation for something different to make for dinner.  I doubt if it is original, but it is good.  Makes about 6 servings. This week’s schoolwork has proved to be quite lacking. After taking a few weeks off, it seems the kids have forgotten how to think for themselves.
