Added Activity

This has been another hectic week.  Yesterday was our most ‘relaxed’ day with only Boy Scouts in the evening, but the rest of the week has been a flurry of errands, practices, lessons, and just plain trying to get the schoolwork done. Blogger Friend School Assignment #5

Peanuts Anniversary

If you downloaded my October Journal prompts you may have noticed that today’s prompt is about the ‘Peanuts’ comic strip.  On October 2, 1950, the strip made its debut in several newspapers.  Charles Schultz and his ‘Peanuts’ gang are my favorite comic strip.  Every Sunday, I looked forward to reading his strip in the paper.  Sadly, on January 3, 2000, the last ‘Peanuts’ strip was published and on February 12, 2000, Mr. Schultz passed away … Continue reading
