Zucchini Bread

My dad is an awesome gardener. He always has a bumper crop of zucchini. My family doesn’t really like it as a vegetable but devours it when I make zucchini bread.  Here is the recipe I use. Results of Fun in the Mud

I thought I’d join in the Show & Tell Friday Group this week and share a picture I took of my oldest son and his truck after an evening of fun in the begining of June.  Although he had a great time the day before, it took him weeks to get his truck clean.  The vehicle is really silver. I guess boys never out grow playing in the dirt.

Charlotte’s Web – The Movie

Consolidated Theaters offered an eight-week movie program for kids. Tickets were free in some locations and $1 in others.  My two kids and I were able to see Charlotte’s Web for $1.  We really enjoyed the film.  While we have all read the classic by E.B.
